Delivering bad news to someone about a genetic mutation that could result in a devastating disease is not something anyone would want to do. But a new graduate program in genetic counseling – a collaboration between Rutgers-New Brunswick’s School of Arts and Sciences, the Rutgers School of Graduate Studies and Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences – teaches students the skills they need to help patients in these situations make difficult decisions.
