After graduation, Sydney worked as a Genetic Counseling Assistant for Genescreen, where she collaborated with genetic counselors in preconception fertility genetics. Sydney chose Rutgers GCMP because she felt at home while spending time with the program leadership and current students. She also appreciated that Rutgers offers the opportunity to participate in many specialty clinics and an industry rotation.
