Class of 2025 Member

Kayla is from Roxbury, New Jersey and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2023, majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Forensic Science. At UD, she conducted research in a lab focusing on the neurobiology of learning and memory. She also volunteered as a peer support specialist at Sean’s House, a mental health safe haven. In addition, she volunteered as a crisis counselor at Crisis Text Line. Kayla chose Rutgers because of the supportive environment created by the faculty and students, as well as the range of rotation sites that Rutgers has available.
