  • About:

Felicity is originally from Mansfield, Connecticut. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2017 where she majored in Neuroscience and Behavior and minored in Biology. She received a Ph.D. in Biomedical and Biological Sciences from Cornell University in 2023, where she spent her time researching how chromatin factors influence longevity in the worm C. elegans. During her Ph.D. studies, Felicity became motivated to pursue a career where she could stay engaged with biology, have a tangible impact on human health, and directly interact with patients. She found genetic counseling to be the perfect balance of the three, and began volunteering with the patient advocacy organization, ALD Connect, to gain experience interacting with patients. Felicity chose Rutgers because of the welcoming faculty and diverse rotation sites.
