Shama Khan, MPH, MS, LGC

Shama Khan is a board certified and licensed genetic counselor currently working in Perinatal Genetics and as a research coordinator for the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She received her Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from Arcadia University, an MPH in Epidemiology from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and an M.S. in Human Genetics from Tulane University School of Medicine. She is a member of the Human Genetics Association of New Jersey and her interests include the promotion of family health history awareness in the Muslim community.
