The School of Graduate Studies at Rutgers offers both in-state and out-of-state tuition. The total estimated tuition and fees for the duration of the program for an out-of-state student is approximately $74,000. The estimated tuition and fees for both years of study for a New Jersey resident is approximately $45,000. Out-of-state students have the option to apply for in-state residency.
