Teaching Faculty

Katie O'Connor (she/her) is a board-certified and licensed genetic counselor at the Rutgers RWJ Division of Medical Genetics. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Forensic Science with minors in Chemistry and Psychology from the University of New Haven and received her master's degree in Genetic Counseling from Rutgers University. Her master's thesis focused on the disclosure of intersex traits/differences in sexual development and this interest has continued in her clinical practice. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, going on hikes, and pretending to be a Food Network chef.
